You can have the best training and the most inovative tools in the business, but if your mindset is wrong, you won't get very far. Having an entreprenueral mindset and confidence in yourself to succeed is key to making it in network marketing.

When I started my first MLM business, I really wanted to be rich and never have to work for anyone else again. Six months later, after investing everything I had into buying leads, I was selling product and recruiting distributors, but I still wasn’t making any money. I still wanted to be rich, but my upline kept telling me to change my mindset. I was still thinking with a “paycheck” mentality and not a millionaire. Then, after reading T. Harv Eker’s book,”Secrets of the Millionaire Mind” for the tenth time, my want evolved into committment. I finally realized what I believed about money and wealth would never get me to my goals.I must change my thinking in order to change my circumstances.

So, I ask you,”What do you believe”? What are your deepest, innermost thoughts on becoming rich? Whatever level of income you are aspiring to right now, do you believe deep down that you deserve to make that much money? The truth is, you will settle for whatever you think you’re worth.

Think about this for a minute. What we believe is determined by everything we see, hear and experience. To narrow the field, what you have seen, heard, or experienced in the realm of money and finances determines what decisions you make in that area of your life. A good way to determine what you think about money is to look at where you are financially. If you’re happy, great. But if you are anything like me, you might find yourself quite disgusted. So, how can you change what you think?

The first thing to know is you CAN change what you believe. Know that what you believe is NOT who you are. It’s only what has been an influence to you. You have the ability to keep the good and throw out the bad. You can change what you believe. Knowing this is the first step to changing.

There are four keys to change:

1. AWARENESS- Being aware of your beliefs and how they influence your decisions allows you to see this interaction in your life and take the action to change.

2. UNDERSTANDING- Once you begin to see how your deep rooted beliefs limit your decision making, you can then focus on eliminating these thoughts and replacing them with thoughts that will help you reach your goals.

3. DISASSOCIATION- Now that you know what thoughts are limiting your success, and maybe where they came from, you can replace the negative thoughts with positive ones. This usually takes time and repetition, especially at first. Begin to associate with those who are earning the income you want to earn. Learn how they think. Stop confiding in those who don’t have what you are wanting. Chances are you will only be discouraged by what they say.

4. RECONDITION- Once identified, get rid of it! Determine that YOU will choose who and what you are, not someone else. Their thoughts don’t count any more if they’re holding you back from success. Condition your thoughts by confessing your new thoughts several times each day until you believe them.

If you want to be rich, begin to think like rich people. Hang out with rich people. Read about successful entrepreneurs and learn how they did it. Remember this, what you see in yourself is what you’ve learned. There’s nothing wrong with learning new things, especially if it will teach you how to be successful in life. One way to define an entrepreneur is someone who makes a profit by helping others. If this offends you, then this is definitely something you need to study. There is nothing wrong with profit, and surely there is nothing wrong with helping others. It’s been said many times in many ways, but I’ll say it like this, the key to success in anything you do is to serve as many people as you can . The more people you serve, the more likely you are to having everything you want in life.

Now that you are determined to be a successful entrepreneur and are willing to do whatever it takes to change yourself first, I’ll leave you with this final thought. Whatever you focus on will expand, and you will succeed if you don’t quit.

Be encouraged to keep on keeping on,

How’s your Social networking coming along? If you’re anything like me , you dread it more than a gun slinger out of bullets. It seems like so much work, right? Well let me remind you of some of the reasons why so many network marketers get involved with social networking.

First of all, you connect with people, and the primary source of all your customer base comes from people. Second, it’s a great way to get your face in front of potential customers. Even if you are an introvert, you can still learn a lot from others. Once you get signed up to a few networks, you can join some home based business groups, yes, people like yourself, and even if you aren’t the expert you plan to be, this is definitely a step in the right direction to becoming one. Learn from their comments, read their blogs, post comments, and before you know it, people will be asking YOU how to do something better.

A good tool to use after you get your sites set up and running is Ping.fm. This will allow you to link your comments to all of your sites at once, saving lots of precious time. So, if you already have your blog established, all you have to do is link your sites to your blog where your friends can have all their questions about you or your business answered immediately. Once they are on your blog, they can link to your web page and see for themselves if what you offer is right for them.

Do you see how it works ? It’s all about serving. It’s all about giving. It’s all about helping others find what they want. Social networking is a great way to help you connect to those looking for what you have to offer. If you want to be a successful marketer, you must first accept your role as a leader. Study your profession and learn all you can. Your success is based on your ability to serve others.

How long has it been since you have faced all the problems in your life and not worried about them? What I’m about to explain is not widely taught, even in the church, and quite frankly, not that easy to comprehend. Never-the-less, it works, and God mentioned it in his Word several times. So, if it goes over your head at first, I won’t hold it against you. This is something I recently got a handle on myself.

The simple fact is this. We need to learn to abide in Christ. The Psalmist put it this way. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty. This is something we choose to do. It’s available to anyone, but it’s our choice.

You may ask,”What does this have to do with being free from worry?” Okay, let’s look at the other side of the coin. While I was meditating on this concept of dwelling with God; a place free from worry, fear, doubt, lack and any other fruit of sin, I was reminded that I should not lean on my own understanding. Now that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try to gain understanding or knowledge on a subject, but if I was truly trusting in God to help me with my problems, it definitely would not be the most effective way to go about it.

To sum things up, if you lean on your own understanding, you will surely live in worry, fear, and lack. Since you will always have problems in this world as long as you are here, why worry? Learn to dwell in the presence of God and know that His promises are trustworthy and you will prosper at whatever you put your hands to.

The primary reason for writing SEO articles and advertising on the Internet is obvious, to make money! So, my ole grand pappy always said,”If you’re going to do something, do it right the first time.” Writing SEO articles is no different. In this article, I will outline four of the basic elements to writing a successful article that will drive traffic to your website and put money in your pocket.

If you’re going to write SEO articles, you have to understand that content rules. Content will drive traffic to your website. But, what good is content if no one ever reads it? Just keep these four things in mind as you write, and you’re sure to see positive results.

1. Choosing Keywords: Since keywords are the phrases typed into the search box by those searching the web, it’s very important to A- select keywords being used by searchers looking for what it is you are offering
B- the keywords are what your article is about
C- the keyword is placed in the topic as well as in the body of the article
D- keyword phrases should be two to three words long
It’s very important you use keyword research tools to help you find popular alternative word phrases and search the volume and competition of keywords used in writing your SEO articles. Wordtracker comes highly recommended and provides a free version that can get you started.

2. Keyword Density: This is the number of times a keyword is used in an SEO article divided by the total number of words in the article.A good rule of thumb for an article is have them 300-500 words long. They can be longer if you choose, but remember to stay focused. The point is to repeat the keyword enough so your content density is between 3-5%. Make sure not to overuse your keywords and run the risk of not making sense. Search engines can pick up on that and may drop your site from its results.
A good Keyword density/Text Analyzer can be found at Textalyzer.net. It will give you the density of your keywords, as well as the readability and average sentence length. But to get a more accurate analysis, you must first set the minimum characters per word to (1). This is the first line under Analysis options.

3. Create Structure: The text should be coherent. SEO articles should be easy to read by the search engines. Always use the proper HTML code when structuring your articles. Remember, there are three reasons for writing SEO articles: provide information, rank high when used on your site, and increase link popularity. The practice must follow the purpose, so always think of the reader first.

4. Keep the End Goal in Mind: The last element to writing a good SEO article is to keep in mind what it is you are wanting to accomplish. In most cases, the goal is to sell something, but are you after an immediate sale or a sale down the line. In each case, you will want to write differently. So, when you’re writing your article to drive traffic to your website, keep in mind what it is you want them to do when they get there. The article should coincide with your online business plan.

To sum things up, when writing SEO articles, choose good keywords, have a good keyword density, have the proper structure when writing, and keep your end goal in mind while you write. I also recommend reading as many articles you can on writing SEO articles. The more knowledge you can get on the subject the more proficient you can become.

Not everyone has the desire to be their own boss. It’s human nature to want to be directed in what we do. Some are more dependent on instructions than others. But it’s the entrepreneur who wants to build his empire and create his own way in this life. It’s the man or woman who says point me and let me go!

Well, even the most independent individual needs direction, and the successful ones will tell you so. It takes more than the right tools to succeed in a home based business. It takes more than a good knowledge or even experience to be successful. If it were easy, then everyone would be doing it. And even though it’s not really easy, the answer is very simple.

I agree with the saying that “the greatest battle we will ever fight is between our ears”. The battlefield is in our mind. Each person has his own battlefield and each person must fight his own battles. It’s in this arena we battle with the bombardment of negative thoughts each and every day. They’re coming from family members, news reports, your boss, yes, and even from your own thoughts. The Christian concept on thoughts is a very simple one: Every thought we have originates from one of two places, God or the devil. Can it get any simpler than that? I personally believe that all good, productive, and useful thoughts do come from the kingdom of God, and any negative, destructive, or evil thoughts come from the kingdom of darkness. Now, as a rule, all the good stuff from God normally isn’t a problem. So, how do we deal with the bad stuff?

There is one thing that must be accepted and understood before you can ever own a successful and prosperous home based business. You have been created as a free-will being. That means you have the right and ability to choose your own path. We choose our thoughts. After choosing them we tend to meditate on them. Eventually, they become our reality. Then, finally, every action we take is determined by the decisions we make based on our ‘reality’, thus producing the results of our “life”. Bottom line, if you want to change your life, you must first change your thoughts. Simple, right… but not always that easy.

That’s why 10% of the people produce 90% of the prosperity in the world. Most people prefer to take the “easy” way and just accept all the negative thoughts that bombard them every day, and never make the decision to reject all that garbage and grab hold of the good stuff and believe it with all their might! It’s just not the norm. And, in most cases, to start out, you have to believe it even when you can’t see it. That’s called faith. You may hear things like,”Oh,stop lying to yourself and face reality, or that faith stuff is for wimps”. Well, even the non-religious will tell you that everything you can see came from what you cannot see.

The farmer will tell you that it’s what’s beneath the ground that produces the plant you see above the ground. And here’s the secret to creating your life that you can see out of the realm of reality you can’t see. It starts with what you speak, yes the words you say will determine what you have. Just like everything else, words are energy. When you speak words, you are releasing that energy into your life. Let me ask you, what kind of energy would you prefer in your life? Now, think about it. Are these the kind of words you are speaking over your life? As a Christian, this spiritual law is the foundation to our beliefs. The entire bible, old and new testaments, are constantly telling us to speak positive (God’s word) over our lives. Jesus tells us that if we abide in God, the good stuff, and His word abides in us, the stuff we meditate on, then we can ask, or say whatever we will, and God will give it to us.

Believe it or not, but this spiritual law works even if you’re not a Christian. Successful entrepreneurs will tell you that our thoughts drive our words, and our words energize our actions. The thoughts we receive and the words we speak have a tremendous role in determining the life we live. One of the first things I noticed when I first began hanging around successful people was what they said, most importantly, what they didn’t say. I never found a single one who took pleasure in talking about their “hard times”. Sure, they would mention it in their “story”, but all the gory details were left out… and I’ll tell you why. By the time I met them, it had become their habit not to talk negative. That’s the place you want to be. This should become your top priority for self-improvement. If your thoughts do not support your goals and dreams, get rid of them! If your words do not promote the life you want to live, change them!

At Carbon Copy Pro, our goal is to find those people with that ”can do” attitude, and teach them the Internet marketing skills of how to market themselves and their business on the Internet. Once you learn these skills, you can write your own paycheck and create your dream lifestyle. You owe it to yourself to click this link and see if you’re ready to become tomorrow’s entrepreneur.

Thanks for listening, and may all your enterprises be successful.

When was the last time you stopped and took inventory of yourself? What I’m about to tell you could change your life. To others, it may be just the reminder you need to get on the right path. I remember reading this in T. Harv Eker’s book , Millionaire Mind. “Thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions, and actions lead to results.” I remembered this same concept from reading the Bible, but it was related to the negative aspect of things. Here, it says that thoughts lead to meditation (feelings), meditations result in sin(actions), and sin ultimately leads to death(results). This in itself is something to think about.

Let’s focus on thoughts. Where do they come from? We all have them, and our thoughts are the primary source of all of our decision making. To put it simply, our thoughts, or thinking process, are developed from our experiences, and what we hear and see. So, that means that our thoughts were given to us by the people in our lives, and our circumstances each one of us has lived through. But the good news is, thoughts can be changed!

This is where taking inventory becomes important. If you’re thinking ‘wrong’ thoughts, you’ll come up with ‘wrong’ results. So, seriously, take a look at your life and the condition you are presently in and ask yourself, “Is this the life I want? Is this as good as it gets?” If you’re happy with yourself, great! If not, would you like to know how to change things?

This is where it gets good. Believe it or not, but you can change your thoughts, and you will change your circumstances. This leads to the saying,”If you want things to change, YOU have to change”. This is where having a free will gets exciting. We get to choose our thoughts. I know that sounds strange, and it doesn’t happen over night, but it is possible. Knowing you can is the first step. This is a spiritual law that works in every aspect of our lives. Most people will never accept this since it goes against the grain of societal thinking. But for those that do, they will reap the benefits for the rest of their lives.

So, without getting too specific, I urge you to pick one area in your life you seem to be having the most trouble with, and just write down on paper all of your thoughts on that topic. Then, go over the list and see which thoughts are beneficial to reaching your desired goals and which are holding you back. Take some extra effort to think back to when these negative thoughts may have been planted in your mind, and who could have put them there. I think you will be surprised at what you find. Now remember, these thoughts are not necessarily truth, but they are acted upon as truth when you are making your decisions. These are the thoughts you need to focus on changing. For instance, if you believe you will never be worthy of success, cancel that thought, and declare that not only are you worthy, you’re going to be successful. Like I said, it may not happen over night, but your confessions, every day, will begin to cancel out what other people may think, and add what you believe.

As a Christian, this is faith; the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Now, it’s true that faith is dead without works. Your work is to confess daily and believe until you see it happening in your life. I admit, it’s not easy, but compared to hauling bricks uphill, it’s a snap!

I hope this has been beneficial to someone, and I look forward to hearing from you.

One of my favorite topics is the mindset of a winner. Now, you’ve heard that a winner never quits, and a quitter never wins. But what is it that drives an individual to keep on keeping on? What is it that keeps YOU in the race? I want to share a spiritual law taken from the Bible and interpreted by many throughout the ages. It’s the law of sowing and reaping. History records this story being told to the people in the form of a parable( a story of illustration or comparison), meaning , this is a story about a farmer, but it’s illustrating a spiritual law set up by God for man.

It starts with a sower spreading his seeds in a field. This was an ambitious fellow, who has some very good seed. Now watch the progression. First, his seed fall by the roadside, and the birds come and eat them. They never had a chance, but still served a purpose elsewhere. Next, the seeds fell on rocky soil. They sprang up ready to grow, but because they weren’t deeply rooted, they were exhausted by the sun. Then, they fell among the thorns and the thorns grew and choked them out . Okay, now I bet you’re asking, “Enough already, where’s the payoff?” If you’ve been in network marketing for any time, chances are you’ve felt this way yourself.

All right, here we go. The other seeds fell on good soil and yielded grain. That’s what I want to hear! The seeds produced 30 times, 60 times, and some even 100 times as much. But I thought all the seeds fell on good soil. Why the difference in production? Why indeed. If you hear this as a farmer, you’re happy for the increase. If you can get hold to the spiritual law, things begin to make a little more sense. Spiritually, Jesus was talking about the word of God being sown in the hearts of mankind. You can probably place people you know in just about every one of these situations. But, universally, this law applies to physical things as well.

The renown Jim Rohn related this parable to network marketing. Regardless of what it is you are selling, not everybody is going to be interested. This dove tails into the “law of averages” When you do something long enough, a ratio appears with a percentage of wins vs. losses. Once you’ve learned and accepted these averages, it’s a lot easier to get up the next morning and do it all over again.Internet marketing has it’s averages too. Like, 95% of all who look at your web page won’t sign up for your product the first time . But if done correctly, the 5% who do sign up can make you rich. There’s also a process called “funneling” that can produce enough revenue from those who don’t sign up for your product to finance your advertising operations.

So, if that noisy little voice is telling you that you’ll never make it work, and the best thing to do is to quit while you’re ahead, ask yourself, are you doing everything right? Is everything set up the way it should be? If the answer is yes, tell the voice to take a hike, you have work to do! At this point, you’re going to have to draw on your passion, your ‘why’. Don’t stop on the one yard line! This victory is YOURS! If you’ve been planting in good soil, you WILL have a harvest!

Thanks for stopping by. May all your enterprises be successful!

You may be asking, Just what is blogging and why do I need it? That’s a great question, and if you’re just starting your venture in online marketing, you may find this to be a very useful tool in your bag of marketing tricks.

The best way I know to explain blogging is to say that it is very useful in connecting your social networking with your business. Blog is short for weB-LOG. It is a private web page commonly used as a journal to comment on all sorts of topics determined by the blogger. For instance, my primary interest is to help educate the beginner online marketer in all the sorted details of getting started that I’ve found to be missing even in the best programs. I find it so frustrating when you come to a step that says “all you have to do is this and you should be ready to move on in less than 30 minutes”. The reality is I spend the next two days trying to figure out what “this” is! …I know what you’re thinking, and it’s true, I’ve never been accused of being the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, but isn’t everybody telling you “Anybody can do this!” Well, I’m anybody!

Some useful information on blogging was taken from a web site by Brian Clark . I highly recommend this site to anyone hungry for self improvement. There’s one particular article that interested me, and I want to hit the high spots here. You can read the whole thing here.

The best way to describe a good blog is to list 7 things you don’t want to do when blogging. Here we go.

1. Don’t be selfish. Make it a point to give away information of value. Do this on a daily basis and you build rapport with your readers. Over time, if what you give is valuable enough, it will attract lots of people. Hence, you become an authority, or leader in your field. Always keep in mind “It’s Not about YOU”

2. Don’t be a sloth! You have to keep things in perspective. Sure it may seem like a lot of work, but compare it to investing $2 million in a franchise where you spend 12 hours+ a day away from your family, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, and maybe after a few good years, you take your family on a 4 day vacation. Remember, what you need is an inexpensive way to effectively build your internet business and still have a life! It’s not no work, but definitely less work.

3. Don’t be Impatient. This is one thing you’re not told when you get started. It’s going to take some time to generate momentum. So, when you’re at that six month mark, and you’re not moving as fast as you want, just remember, you build slowly at first, and then the snowball starts to grow. If you don’t think you’re on track, you should ask yourself:

* Is my topic interesting to anyone but myself?

* Do I give my readers more than I ask of them?

* Am I cultivating a network of like-minded bloggers and supporting their work as much as I’d like them to support mine?

If the answers are yes, just be patient!

4. Don’t be Lame. Keep your content amazing. Ho-Hum doesn’t cut it. Always give more than they expect, and they’ll keep coming back for more.

5. Identicality ? We’re all inspired by other leaders in our field, and it’s okay to emulate them, but your goal is to create your own audience and your own place in your field. Frankly, you’re going to have to find your own voice. Remember when you were 15, and the most important thing you could ever accomplish was to be different? Go for it!

6. Avoid irrelevance. The best way to sell yourself is to show people who you are, not tell them. Keep your content on topic.

7. Don’t practice Boorishness. This usually stems from one of the other “deadly sins”, selfishness being the most common. Your blog is not the place to vent your frustrations, unless they’re relevant to the topic. And you sure don’t want your article to be the “joke without a punch line”

Today, I want to cover an important step in keyword research. I think that anybody who is looking at optimizing the internet for marketing understands the importance of ranking high on the search engines. Yesterday, we briefly covered the basic workings of the search engine, and today we’ll talk about how to research your market to see which keywords are being used on the search engines.

Now depending on what your market might be, you will probably find a lot of competition working against you. So, in order to break up the competition, it’s important to utilize niche marketing. Here, you segment your market to a more specific search. For this example, we’ll use a popular tool called Wordtracker.com . There are other free research tools available, some pretty good, but Wordtracker seems very efficient for my needs, and here’s why. With the tools available, it can help you find, evaluate, and compare your market’s different niches.

First, we’ll enter a ‘seed’ word(keyword) into the keyword researcher. This will bring up all the variations being entered into the search engines. A suitable niche market would be “keyword research”. The goal here is to pick out several niche keywords that relate to your market and compare their predictable search numbers. Then, run these keywords through the keyword researcher and check the total searches of all the optional keywords. Once you’ve found a good set of numbers, these will be the keywords you use in your article.

Finally, before you are finished, gather your keywords and put them in the nifty tool known as the ‘keyword universe’. This will give you a list of keywords related to your chosen keyword, but not containing the same word. These words can be used to broaden the number of keyword searches to your article. This simple process will help you to get better rankings in the search engines and more traffic to your website.

I hope you found this information helpful. Wordtracker also has the Wordtracker Academy filled with articles, case studies, tips, and tricks to help you grow your online business through keyword research and search engine optimization.

Thanks for stopping by, and may all your enterprises be a success.

A very important factor to getting your internet marketing business off the ground is to understand and utilize keywords. Basically, keywords are the words people use when making a search on the internet. So, if you want people to find your articles and websites, you need to use keywords in your writings. Today, we’ll talk about how the search engine works and why the keywords you use are so important.

In order to keep things simple, we’ll say that there are three pieces of software that work together to make up a search engine.

1. Spider software

2. Index software

3. Query software

The spider software requests pages from a web site and collects as much information from it as it can in the shortest amount of time. The key thing here is the spider loves links because they lead to other web pages that have the things it loves- more text, links, and URLs!

The index software decifers the massive amounts of text, links, and URLs, and feeds them into a complex mathematical formula that indexes the words, pairs of words, and so on. After analyzing the pages and links for word combinations, it assigns scores that allows the search engine to judge how important the page(and URL) might be to the person who is searching.

The Query software is the part you see when you use a search engine. It’s the box into which people type their search terms. Although it may look simple, it represents all the other software that works behind the scenes to provide the results of your search. The query software checks the records created by the index software that was the result of the raw materials collected by the spider software.

Since these keywords are the words used by people who are searching for information,it’s imperative you use them in your web copy so people will find your site from a search.

Keywords you use in your blogs and articles help you improve your “natural” ranking on the search engines. (that’s the listing on the left side of the page) The higher your ranking, the closer to the top of the list your site will be listed, resulting in more traffic to your web site. The “Big Secret” to search engine optimization is that there is no secret at all! Optimizing your web site is all about understanding what is going on, and following up with hard work and attention to detail common to many business activities.

Thanks for stopping by and may all your enterprises be blessed.
